    With almost 20 years of experience in both agency and in-house corporate recruiting, Natalie has led recruiters, sourcers, and RCs specializing in Go-to-Market, Biz Ops, G&A, and Tech. As Head of Talent for several Series A-C Startups in Silicon Valley and Director of Talent for a National Fortune 1000 Professional Services firm, she has grown to become an expert in TA strategy, executive recruiting, and leading Talent Acquisition teams of over 30 people. She is the Founder of Talent Refinery, which provides Fractional Talent Solutions.

    Krista has 15+ years of people operations, talent acquisition, and business strategy experience. Served as President of Premier Talent Partners leading a top talent team of 65. Honored as a "Best Place to Work" by INC and SF Business Times. Forbes named Premier Talent Partners one of “America’s Best Recruiting Firms”. As she transitioned out of Agency, she became Head of People at Fieldguide, a Series B startup, leading recruiting and people strategy. Krista currently is COO with Talent Refinery!

    With 15+ years of experience across tech, legal, and higher education, Tammy thrives in recruiting for Series A startups to large public companies. As the Founder of Rabble—an on-demand Recruiting and People Ops firm—and Podcast Host of Talent Tribe- she excels in helping companies think about recruiting at scale. In her role as the Director of Talent Acquisition with Axiom Law—the world's largest hirer of legal talent—she honed her skills in leading a team of 19 recruiters and high-volume hiring.

Specializing in senior and executive recruitment, she has adeptly built recruitment infrastructure and spearheaded retention and employee experience initiatives. Her genuine passion lies in understanding people's stories, forging meaningful relationships, and guiding individuals to achieve their career aspirations. Throughout her career, Carrie has continually demonstrated a commitment to both the individuals she works with and the organizations she serves.

    In her 15 years of experience in executive recruitment for some of the world’s biggest brands, Larissa has seen firsthand the impact that our work has on our quality of life. In launching The Vibrant her goal is to match employers with employees who will thrive in their position...from creative to marketing and beyond. Larissa is passionate about being able to keep a pulse on the industry and loves creative and marketing work because of her background in fashion; she is a graduate of FIT in New York City.

  • Annie Raeder

    Founding Member ~ Denver

    With over 13 years of experience building and evolving talent acquisition practices in environments from non-profit to retail to start-ups, she blends her operational mindset with a collaborative approach to fill talent gaps. Annie recently led Operations, Learning, and G&A hiring at Multiverse (Series D Education Tech Scale-Up). She’s partnering with Sylvia Torres to drive recruitment and placement at SPANG Career Collective. Annie lives in Lakewood, CO, outside of Denver, and enjoys relaxing and walking with her dogs and husband. She also loves to puzzle, watch mystery and thriller TV shows, and visit many local coffee/matcha shops around town in her spare time.

    Sylvia Torres, Executive Recruiter & Founder of SPANG Career Collective, has established deep roots in Denver where she’s become the go-to for non-traditional recruiting methods. With a BA in Communication Studies from California State Northridge and a toolkit of certifications in Facilitation and Executive Leadership Interviewing, Sylvia is not your everyday recruiter. She’s a board member of Mile High SHRM, a spirited community volunteer, and takes pride in being a mentor and guiding light for personal growth. Beyond matching resumes with job descriptions, Sylvia is on a mission to create lasting change in Talent Acquisition by challenging norms and pushing boundaries.

    With over 15 years of global talent acquisition experience, Narveen has connected top talent with leading businesses like Telegraph Media Group, NBC Universal, and Facebook across the UK, EMEA, Canada, and North America. Starting in high-volume recruitment within professional services, she later transitioned to private equity with Exsurgo, a recruitment agency within the Hamilton Bradshaw group. Her diverse background includes consulting with startups in the tech industry and most recently supporting Loblaw Digital as an Engineering Leadership Recruiter in Toronto. Specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, Multichannel Sourcing Strategies, and Candidate Experience Program Development, she is dedicated to helping organizations achieve their unique talent acquisition goals.

    Neha has 10+ years of experience in recruitment and community building predominantly across the technology and finance sectors. She notably founded On Deck Recruiting, a global fellowship for founders and talent leaders scaling their recruitment strategy. Prior to that, she worked at hired.com, matching engineering talent with big tech firms and scrappy startups. In her current role, she is building a startup platform for early-stage founders at North America's largest innovation hub, MaRS Discovery District, located in Toronto, Canada. Passionate about startup growth, she volunteers her time to run The Hiring Community, a space for startup recruiters to learn, share, and grow. She is also an Executive Coach to early-stage founders and operators, Personal Branding Strategist and Resume Writer for job seekers. Her expertise has been featured in notable publications such as Insider Business, The Wall Street Journal, and The Globe and Mail.

I have over 9 years of experience in various roles in people operations, staffing, and recruiting at Google and Upstart, where I have designed and delivered on end-to-end hiring strategies, led cross-functional projects and programs, and supported the growth and development of diverse and inclusive teams. I am passionate about applying my scientific background and analytical mindset to solve complex problems, optimize processes, and drive innovation in the talent acquisition space. I am also committed to fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence among my colleagues and partners, and to advancing the mission of Upstart to improve access to affordable credit.

In 2017, I founded my own recruiting firm, driven by a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities and fostering Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) within organizations of all sizes. However, my experience has ignited a particular enthusiasm for supporting early-stage startups in assembling their foundational teams. I'm a frequent speaker at industry events, actively sharing my knowledge and advocating for a data-driven approach to talent acquisition. My Master's Degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, combined with my unique sourcing and recruiting strategies, allows me to deliver exceptional results.
